Screen controls
When you open the iHeartRadio In-Vehicle App you’ll see four tabs. These tabs will help you play and navigate content.
Here’s what each tab does:
NOW PLAYING shows you what’s currently playing on the app. You can start and stop content as well as follow stations, playlists and podcasts with the plus icon. For radio and music, you can skip to another station or track. For podcasts, you can skip ahead or backward 30 seconds in an episode. While you’re parked, you can also access the app settings from the Now Playing tab.
The “thumbs-up” icon lets you customize your iHeartRadio experience by letting the app know whether or not you like or dislike individual songs. The app will play more songs like the ones you recommended and fewer like the ones you thumbs-down.
RADIO gives you access to stations you’ve followed, local stations and the ability to browse and search by genre, artist or live station available on iHeartRadio.
PODCASTS has your followed podcasts, featured and recommended podcasts, and browse and search tools. You can also view by topic to help find podcasts you love.
PLAYLISTS gives you access to your followed, featured playlists and recommended playlists. You can browse by genre, or use other search preferences to find the playlist that suits your mood.
For your security, please don’t include personal info such as phone number, address or credit card details.
